Pathways to Community has an opening for a weekday Site Supervisor for one residential program offering crisis respite services. The supervisor oversees, assigns, reviews, and/or coordinates the work of employees providing direct care supports to ensure compliance with program and licensing requirements. The supervisor ensures work quality and adherence to established individual service plans and policies and procedures.
As a supervisor you would work Monday through Thursday, 8a-6p but you must have the ability to be available for onsite emergencies and coverage at all times.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other related work experience.
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks.
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration and Positive Behavioral Support Training
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, and move intermittently during working hours.
- Meet the licensing, contractual, & other mandated requirements of the state.
- Navigate company software systems.
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetic services that will enable these senses to function adequately.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance and a satisfactory driving record.
- Possess a motor vehicle or have access to a vehicle to transport individuals to events, activities, and appointments.
- Possess and use a cell phone with internet access (i.e. smart phone) for work-related tasks.
- Language proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Wage: $26/hour
