Crisis Services Manager

Crisis Services Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s crisis programs and must work proactively each day to ensure the residential programs they oversee are operating at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
  • Directly supervises the operations of their locations. They are on point to develop relationships, lead, and train staff and ensure services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
  • Ensure residential programs are compliant and meet licensing standards
  • Manage, train, serve, and support Site Supervisors
  • Assist with client direct care as needed
  • Maintain and perform audits
  • Conduct clear and thorough communication 

To be considered for this position you must:

  • Have a High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per 245D standard
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
  • Hold an acceptable driving record
  • Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and time that can include mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7
  • Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other related work experience.
