Accounting Specialist
Finance Department - St. Paul, MN - Full Time
Pathways to Community is looking for someone special to join the finance team as an Accounting Specialist. The primary role in this position is to provide professional-level support to the Finance department, PTC programs, and our employees.

- Hourly: $25.00 - $25.50 DOQ.
- Hours/Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible schedule during core business hours).

In this role, you will be performing the following job duties:
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Expense Reporting.
- Manage vendor portals.
- Maintain QuickBooks.
- Bank deposits and account reconciliation.
- General ledger entries.
- Other duties and responsibilities
Our preferred qualifications include:
- Associate's degree in accounting.
- Two or more years of General Ledger and QuickBooks experience.
- Detailed knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to pass a background study.
