In this role, the manager will work closely with program staff to maintain a smooth operation of facilities, including safety and security, inventory management, and general maintenance oversight and audit. Work closely with the Director of Family Services to monitor regulatory compliance per 245D licensing and daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and accountability, an understanding of family services and 245D licensing regulations and principles, a passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients, and leadership to our employees in a collaborative work environment with career growth and development opportunities.

- Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 DOQ.
- Hours/Days: A flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Position Responsibilities:
- Completes paperwork for individuals served in annual meetings (as needed) for the DC or DM to review and approve before implementation.
- Manages the Clubhouse program, which includes maintaining program supplies by shopping for items (puzzles, games, food, stickers, crafts, etc.), ensuring proper storage and use, and planning healthy meals and snacks for the Clubhouse and Program weekly.
- Oversee all Family Services direct care staff. Understand and manage their responsibilities and job duties. Must have full knowledge of all reporting direct care staff job descriptions to manage the employees appropriately.
- Perform duties related to employee onboarding. Coordinate with the department director and HR for performance issues.
- Oversee the delivery of first aid, CPR, and emergency medical services and obtain the delivery of all emergency medical services.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) to two (2) years of management experience is preferred, and in the disability services field is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred and a plus in residential home and community-based services.
- Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications and Designated Manager (DM) per 245D standard.
- A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
- Ability to pass a background study.
