- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOQ.
- Hours/Days: typically Monday through Friday business hours but you must be flexible to meet the needs of the program which operates 24/7.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for 2-3 crisis respite programs. The incumbent must work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
- Directly supervises the operations of their locations; develops relationships, leads and trains staff, and ensures services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
- Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors and direct care professionals.
- Assist with client direct care as needed.
- Maintain and perform qualify assurance checks as required per 245D.
- Conduct clear and thorough communication.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Meet the qualifications of a Designated Coordinator (DC) per 245D regulations.
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold an acceptable driving record.
- Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field.
- Four-year degree in a field related to human services, such as education, psychology, sociology, etc.
